What we collect

Account information: your email address, name if you give it, and a hashed password. Subscription information: which plans you hold and their billing status. Card details are entered with Stripe and never reach our servers. Email sign-ups: your email and first name when you join the newsletter, webinar or report list. Usage data: basic server logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) used to run and secure the site. If you use optional client software, we store the configuration you provide, and we do not receive your brokerage password.

How we use it

To provide the service you signed up for, process payments, send account and billing messages, send newsletters and offers you subscribed to, answer questions, prevent abuse, and improve the site.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate: Stripe (payments), Brevo (email delivery), and our hosting and database providers. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Email

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Account and billing emails about your subscription may still be sent.

Cookies

We use cookies needed to keep you logged in and keep the site working. We do not use them to sell your data.

Retention and security

We keep information while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax and accounting reasons. We use reasonable safeguards such as encrypted connections and hashed passwords, but no system is perfectly secure.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep, through our contact form. The service is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify subscribers. See also our Terms of Service.
